The International Medical Alliance, dba "IMAHelps" annual missions require the pre - purchasing of medicines, vitamins, surgical supplies and shipping costs. IMAHelps only obtains the "highest quality medicines and supplies" from nationally known medical mission suppliers such as, Blessing's International, AmeriCares , MAP International, etc.
IMAHelps has no paid staff. Our volunteers purchase their own airfare when they travel. In order for IMAHelps to provide the greatest care, a public outreach campaign begins annually to solicit support for IMAHelps future missions.
IMAHelps needs your assistance to carry on it's good works. Please consider thoughtfully if you might be able to partner with IMAHelps to bring care and comfort to those waiting for us who otherwise would never receive such care in Esteli, Madriz. Nicaragua Summer 2011.
